I went shopping today to get out of the apartment for a little while. I bought a much needed pair of jeans and a jacket that I'm still not sure about (its comfortable and I like the color and fabric, I'm just not sure about the buttons and collar, we'll see).

When I got home, Amy stopped by unexpectedly. She had just flown in from Chicago and wanted to see me before she went back to the hospital to see her brother and family. Its been over a month since we've seen each other and left our (independent)troubles outside the door and just concentrated on us. Even though our time was limited, it was much needed and appreciated.
