shock of all shocks, i woke up this morning and felt fine. so now i've lost two good researching days over that crap so i have a bit of catching up to do if i want to be ready for my progress meeting on friday.

moved some more crap out of the old apartment. i can't believe how much garbage my old roommate left there for me to take out, i must have made a dozen trips to the dumpster. well, on the upside, i guess i can say that i've worked out for the day. now, i really only have one car load of crap left over there and i have to do a bit of cleaning and then i can turn in the keys and be done with the place forever. or at least until 30 days from now when i get my deposit check back in the mail and i'll have to call and confirm exactly why they took so much money out of the deposit.

i received a graduate studies pamphlet in the mail today from the university of pennsylvania. they want me to apply to their biochemistry and molecular biophysics program. i wonder how these people find me when i've never expressed an interest in that type of program or their school. its interesting reading material though.

i'm off to run around with two year olds for a couple of hours. ah, the fun of mindless work...
