still hanging on

It has been brought to my attention on several occasions that I have not been blogging much this semester. There are a few reasons for this. The first reason being that my home laptop is a piece of crap that only works when it wants to. I am in the process of buying a new laptop, an apple powerbook, that I am very excited about. I should have it by the end of the month. I finally hooked back up my dinosaur of a desktop computer so I would be able to access the internet from home this weekend to answer student emails. The second reason being that I have been quite miserable this semester and there is only so much self-pity that I really want to share with the internet. It has also come to my attention recently that I have more readers than I ever thought I had, so I am having a bit of internal battle over what to write.
Perhaps I will post more frequently now that I have a working computer at home.
