i've decided to be happy person for the rest of the day. i don't have any school stuff due for another two weeks. i've made it through all of my school obligations that have weighed me down up until this point and now everything is starting to wind down for the semester. with everything winding down, i can de-stress, loosen up, and enjoy my surroundings a little more than i have allowed myself to up until this point. any suggestions on effective methods for de-stressing and unwinding?
