okay, so is it sad that a 22 year old (namely me) is so tired that she wants to go to bed at 8 p.m. on a friday night...

this is going to be a long semester of hard work and little relaxation. don't get me wrong, i'm not opposed to working hard but it just dawned on me exactly how hard i'm going to have to work... i'm not going to have a life (not that physics majors really have lives anyway). whenever i'm not in class, i'll be at work, when i'm not at work, i'll be in the lab, when i'm not in the lab, i'll be studying and or researching. i'll spend my weekends reading until my eyes fall out and my weeknights doing all of the homework i can get my hands on. its almost a blessing that i'm in a long distance relationship, i don't think i would have time to give amy everything she needs if she still lived here.

on a brighter note, i linked my parents to the website for the lab i'm working in and they were both disappointed that there were no pictures of me on the site yet. and right after they told me how proud of me they are, they told me that i need to teach the guys in the lab how to groom a little better...

i'm babbling. i need sleep.
