Its election night.

I was so pumped all day. It was the 'get off your ass and vote' day. The 'change the face of the nation' day. 'Make history one vote at a time' day.

Being a grad student, I am on campus all day long every day. I was involved in many conversations and overheard many conversations about today's election. I was saddened by what I heard. So many (young) Americans need to educate themselves on the issues that they care about instead of just taking issues at face value. I am also saddened that W is in the lead of the presidential race right now. Its just been announced that Florida is projected to go for W. So Terri, I guess you're right, I live in conservative hell.
