Apartment complex leasing agents and or property managers drive me nuts, they think they are gods and you have to take their word as the unquestionable doctrine. I'm trying as best and I can to compromise my needs with their wants. I mean what is so difficult about having everyone in your office know the same information so I'm not told one thing and then have another thing written in a letter and taped to my door. Oh and don't try to tell me that there is a new fee being placed in my new lease that I haven't had for the last four years I've been living in the same apartment without this fee. That is absolutely ridiculous. Just treat me like an intelligent human being, and don't just assume that I don't read my lease.
