I'm still such a kid sometimes...

At Slurpee break time today, I couldn't decide between two flavors so I got two Slurpees. I now have 64 ounces of Slurpee goodness to consume. I am going to be running on one strong sugar high shortly...

however did you keep the one from melting? which flavors were you deciding between?

I drank them simultaneously. When one had melted enough to get a good swig, I would sip it down, then try the other...

Pepsi coupled with Mt. Dew
Pepsi coupled with Mango and Peach

I would be a very happy camper if Slurpee came out with Diet Pepsi again.

Hmmm...I wonder if I could consume 64 ounces of slurpee. Though I'll pass on the Dew and the peach, they're both nasty. ;)

OK, so there is a 7-11 near me that carries Diet Pepsi Slurpee. None near you? I guess you don't live near me.

Mango? Peach? These are some sweet-sounding flavas. Why don't I get those?

OK, so why is it that 7-11's appear to all have randomly different Slurpee flavors. Someone should standardize that shit. Perhaps every 7-11 should have like 8 choices of Slurpee flavors.

seeker: The liquid to slurpee phase change really does enhance the flavor. I'm not a big fan of either of those flavors, unless of course they are in slurpee form. Thanks for the giggle though.

academic coach: Thanks for the recommendation. I fell in love with Louisa May Alcott years ago. I own a copy of almost everything she ever published. I bought a copy of Little Women last month because the copy in my library was so outdated. I will definitely look into "March". "The Glory Cloak" is also historical fiction about Louisa May Alcott during the Civil War, it was an entertaining and quick read.

brightstar: The 7-11 close to me carried Diet Pepsi in slurpee form last summer, I have no idea why they don't carry it anymore. To it's credit, it does carry six different slurpee flavors at any given moment. One of the flavors this week is banana, I cannot imagine one person really enjoying a banana slurpee. Today, I might try blackberry and pepsi. We shall see.
